Ang Antioxidant 168 ay isang mahusay na antioxidant na phosphate ester na may itsurang puting pulbos. Madali itong natutunaw sa mga organic solvent tulad ng benzene, chloroform, at cyclohexane, bahagyang natutunaw sa ethanol at acetone, hindi natutunaw sa mga polar solvent tulad ng tubig at alkohol, at bahagyang natutunaw sa mga ester.
